At JLK Cleaning Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

No Refunds After Service Completion

All cleaning services are non-refundable once completed. As a service-based business, our time, labor, and resources are fully invested during each job.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return and re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment with proper notice at no additional cost.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare situations where:

  • Service was not performed as agreed

  • We are unable to resolve the issue with a re-clean

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of JLK Cleaning Company.
