Welcome to JLK Cleaning Company. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

JLK Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service.

Pricing & Payments

All services are offered at flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the property. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Access to Property

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Limitations of Liability

JLK Cleaning Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not secured properly

  • Damage caused by faulty installations (e.g., loose fixtures)

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning scope.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
